Proposal for Improvement Communication in Firm

Abstract The thesis deals with effective interpersonal communication and communication with customers, which is one of the most important parts of marketing. The thesis is divided into three main sections – theoretical, analytical and practical. The theoretical part describes external and internal communication in corporate management. The analytical section describes the company Videoklinik Ltd. from perspective of its activities and by means of analysis identifies weaknesses in communication. In the practical part elements of communication are drawn and recommended to streamline system of communication within and outside the company thus to secure not only prosperity of the company but mainly its maintenance on the market.
Some specific of the communication in construction engineering

This diploma thesis is dedicated to communication in construction industry. The theoretical part is focused on definition of the terms like management, manager, communication and feedback. The aim of this thesis is to find out which ways of communication are construction companies using for sharing information. Diploma thesis find out if the employees have possibility to express their opinions. The thesis is dedicated to communication with construction workers and communication problems with them. Hypothesis are mentioned firstly, then they have been verified by questionnaire and interview. The result of this thesis is verification of hypothesis, that the face-to-face meeting is still most popular way of communication in construction companies. The employees receives all necessary information in sufficient amount at right time. Informal communication is the most common. Communication with construction workers is very specific. At the end I mentioned recommendation to improving communication in construction companies.
To the morning dawn I tread softly

Morning dawn is a specific, time-limited part of the day. It's something on the edge – the tension between the end and the beginning, darkness and light, silence and noise. Time seems to have stopped, and at the same time it still flows towards everyday life. Autor enters the morning dawn softly, she turns on the microphone and conveys her authentic experience in the form of livestreams. The visual and sound recordings, together with the personal commentary, move on this edge, are in harmony and contradiction, and thus encourage the livestream viewer-listener to perceive listening as a new dimension of the perception of space.
Leadership and management of employees in the construction company

Abstract The subject of this Bachelor Thesis is "Leadership and staff management in the construction business." In the theoretical part there is briefly described the concept of management, construction management, as well as employee management and leadership, particularly in terms of communication, listening and teamwork synergies associated with that. I was looking into a personal nature of a manager, which is an important aspect influencing the management work, reflected in all managers’ activities. In the empirical part, besides working hypotheses, there is a questionnaire utilized to form the whole issue of the empirical investigation and its evaluation. In the conclusion and in the recommendations we can find trends and experience that result from the research, as an inspiration for the practice of a construction enterprise.
The specific questions of communication in the work of design office

This bachelor thesis is focused to specific questions of communication in the work of design office. There is briefly described the characteristics of a design offices and their surroundings in the theoretical parts. Then the work deals with communication itself, communication types, listening, communication barriers and ways how to communicate effectively. The empirical part is looking into the establishment of working hypothesis, which were either confirmed or disproved in a questionnaire research, concentrated on a specific design office and then on the general public. This research is enriched by guided interview with executive head of the design office. In connection are the conclusions and recomendations for improvement of current communication in the work of design office.

The topic of the thesis is "Some specifics of communication in the construction business." In the first theoretical part is defined the specified topic in management and briefly described the concept of communication, types of communication, listening, feedback, synergy, work in teams, management and communication management. All these concepts were related to the issue of the construction industry. The second part, is devoted to empirical research. At the beginning hypothesis are set. These hypotheses are verified by questionnaire and structured interview. After evaluating the survey is used to verify the correctness of hypotheses and draw partial conclusions and recommendations. The recommendations are elaborated into concrete actions.
Accompanying hospice care, public awareness and ideas

The bachelor's thesis "Accompanying in hospice care, public awareness and ideas" examined, compared and also evaluated the awareness and ideas of the general public about concepts such as: hospice, accompaniment, palliative care and also focused on the topic of death and dying. The aim of the work was to find out what the general public is aware of palliative care in the Czech Republic, what the public has fears of death and dying and also how ideas and awareness of the topics differ depending on age, education and place of residence. The theoretical part of the thesis explained the legal definitions and basic concepts. The importance of palliative care in the Czech Republic was emphasized, its development was mapped, its basic goals were defined and the target group of palliative care was defined. Furthermore, the bachelor's thesis presents a structured form of hospice care, describes the professions working in hospices and the final part of the theoretical part is devoted to accompanying the dying. The empirical part contains the results of our own survey and its comparison with the results of other similar works. Method: questionnaire survey - self- designed questionnaire. THE AUDIO COMPONENT IN TEACHING CZECH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE

(in English): This thesis deals with the issues of teaching listening in Czech as a foreign language. It is based on studying theoretic sources, structured observing and the comparison of didactic materials, on questionnaires and informal interviews. In its theoretical part, it brings a brief overview of present knowledge in this field, using predominantly foreign sources that deal with teaching English as a foreign language. The second part enables the comparison of various didactic materials from the points of view acquired in the previous chapter, and it also provides an overview of the typology of listening tasks, including their evaluation. The last chapter designs some new sample materials based on what has been found out about their imperfections in this field so far, and it also mentions some suitable resources for designing the new listening tasks. The merit of this thesis on the theoretical level consists of making the main results of contemporary Anglo-American science accessible for the Czech auditory, on the practical level it lies in presenting an overall list of listening tasks and showing (in the Czech materials) some so far unknown possibilities of teaching the listening comprehension, these alternatives being accompanied with practical examples.
Using Story-telling in Pastoral Care

This thesis deals with the usage of storytelling within the pastoral conversation. It aims for describing approaches that addresses storytelling and discovering if and under what circumstances is possible to be applicated while putting emphasis on the storytelling. The thesis maps the progression of pastoral care in Czechia during past century and in foreign countries because of the American boom of narrative forms within pastoral care. The main theme is mapping of four approaches of storytelling during the pastoral conversation. They are divided into two groups based on sides that is focused within the conversation. At first part the thesis describes story telling of caregiver and focuses mostly on the way how the caregiver narrates biblical stories toward the care seeker. The second part deals with approaches of pastoral care that were influenced by narrative therapy. The focus is shifted towards the care seeker's storytelling. At last, but not least, the thesis aims to define the differences between those approaches and their potential drawbacks.
